Crooked Canadian Cop Busted for Cheese Smuggling

A Canadian police officer and two others were arrested and charged with being part of a "major cheese-smuggling ring." Constable Scott Heron of the Niagara Regional Police and his two partners were charged with conspiracy, smuggling and other customs violations for allegedly transporting over $200,000 of cheese into Canada from the United States without paying any taxes.

Baby Doll the Llama Slips on Wet Grass, Kills Owner

An Ohio woman was killed Tuesday after her pet llama ran her over. Florence Lenahan, a 74-year-old former coroner, was walking out to meet her pet when the llama, named Baby Doll, excitedly sprinted towards her and slipped on wet grass. A collision ensued, and Lenahan struck her head on the ground. She died of cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital.

'Microwave Popcorn Lung' Victim Wins $7 Million Lawsuit

Wayne Watson (pictured above, imitating a bag of popcorn) was awarded $7 million today in a lawsuit he filed after being diagnosed with "microwave popcorn lung," which is a real thing. Watson was diagnosed with the respiratory disease in 2007, after eating two bags of artificially flavored popcorn a day for years.

Chief Keef's entrée into hip-hop earlier this year was a quick and unusual one. At 16, Keef had made a small name for himself on Chicago's south side with a handful of enthusiastic but poorly produced rap videos, the most promising of which was "I Don't Like." As its name portends, "I Don't Like" is a musical rundown of the things that chap Keef's hide, including bitch niggas, snitch niggas, and fake shoes. The video he recorded to accompany the song depicts him and his friends smoking a lot of weed, passing around a handgun, and dancing around his grandmother's house shirtless.
