This morning, Los Angeles police confirmed reports that the UCLA student who shot and killed professor Dr. William Klug was a doctoral student named Mainak Sarkar. The LAPD also said that police have discovered that Sarkar shot and killed a woman in Minnesota.

Yesterday the New York Times reported that Ruth Guerra, the head of Hispanic relations for the Republican National Committee, would be leaving her position for reasons rumored to rhyme with Donald Trump.
