Everyone has a subway horror story. In addition to the day-to-day awfulness of crowded rush hour commutes, there are occasional subway parties, flashers, seats filled with mysterious liquids and, sometimes, there's even poo on the floor. But all of that pales in comparison to life on Chicago's Blue Line, where the poo doesn't just harmlessly lie on the floor; instead, as a young Chicago woman recently discovered, it's flung at innocent passengers while inside of a sock.

Police Thwart Plot to Murder and Castrate Justin Bieber

According to KRQE, two hit men from New Mexico were arrested as part of an elaborate plot to murder and castrate Justin Bieber last month. The plot was reportedly hatched in a New Mexico prison, where convicted murderer and rapist Dana Martin recruited then-fellow inmate Mark Aaron Staake to carry out the gruesome crime (which was to involve strangulation with a paisley tie, apparently Martin's calling card) along with three other similar murders.

Former Anonymous Spokesman Barrett Brown Indicted For Sharing a Link to Stolen Credit Card Data

Is it a crime for someone simply to share a link to stolen information? That seems to be the message conveyed by today's indictment of former Anonymous spokesman Barrett Brown, over a massive hack of the private security firm Stratfor. Brown's in legal trouble for copying and pasting a link from one chat room to another. This is scary to anyone who ever links to anything.
