Girls Gone Wild creator and Douche of the Decade Joe Francis says that he thinks Blake Lively is the one releasing all those dirty pictures of herself, not the hacker who's supposedly spreading them around.

"I would say 90 percent it's an orchestrated attempt or act on her part [to raise her profile]," he told Hollywood Life. He points to people like Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian as people who benefited from a nudie scandal in the long run.

It's not the worst theory. After all, she is getting tons of attention right now, two weeks before Green Lantern, her first co-starring role in a huge blockbuster movie, opens. ""Look, mainstream U.S.A, other than the five people that watch Gossip Girl have never heard of Blake Lively," Francis says.

He's not wrong, but between her being gorgeous, having the Hollywood system to push the movie for her, and being a favorite of the fashion industry, it seems like she would have gotten plenty of play in the press without exposing her naughty bits. She's already been on the cover of Vogue and was inexplicably named one of Time's 100 Most Influential People. And that's without showing a peek of her pubes.

It seems like Francis has no inside information about the scandal, but his cynicism might be well-founded. Stranger things have happened in Hollywood, after all.
