UPDATE: Several readers have alerted us that virtually the identical Johansson/Norton sighting (reworded to have taken place in New York) was posted on our East Coast sister site's Gawker Stalker map on the same day. We smell a rat.

· Spotted Pig tonight, all of Radiohead, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Natalie Portman who was a big hit with Radiohead and Jay-Z.

Walking back to my friends place however yielded the best sighting... maybe you hear it first, but Edward Norton escorting Scarlett Johansson (brunette) into a cab with a polite kiss. Friends or not, he walked away with a pep in his step.

· Saw Jack Black this morning in front of Urth Cafe on S. Beverly Drive, entering change into the parking meter for his Black Audi RS5, while talking on his cell. What an impressive multitasker, and not long after his KROQ interview too.

· Wed. Night 6/7 at the Arclight, I was watching the Omen when I saw Charlie Sheen two rows away with the fellas. Looked like he was having a good night out, although he wore his shades during the movie.

· Carrying on the great tradition of always seeing someone of some note at my favoritest Hollywood haunt, Musso's (George Lucas a few weeks, ago, George Clooney the time before that), there was John Landis this past Friday (the 9th) looking exactly like he always has for my entire life, with that same stoopid grin on his face, wearing a suit that made him look even more like my Rabbi.

· Jerry Seinfeld exiting Jar restaurant on Beverly Blvd (June 10) as a crowd of onlookers gawked at his silver 2007 Porsche Speedster (with New York plates, natch). It's a car that's not even available on the market yet, but hey, when you're the master of your domain...

· Last night at Axe in Venice sat next to Jake Gyllenhaal, his mom, his "friend" who he's always seen/photographed with, and some other guy. Seemed like Jake and his boy friend were coming from having just played basketball as they were wearing shorts.

· I just saw Mark Wahlberg riding down the escalator at The Promenade at the Howard Hughes Center within the last 20 minutes. He was holding a 3-4 year old girl (that I assume was his daughter Ella) in his arms (in my opinion using her to shield his face) and was acompanied by a sandy, curly haired woman that I assumed was longtime girlfriend Rhea Durham, although I couldn't be sure, as she was wearing sunglasses. He had really greasy longish hair, a couple days of scruff, and was totally non-descript in a plain tee shirt and blue wind pants with a really crappy phone clipped to his waist. In all the giftbags of all the swag, that's the phone he had? Once off the escalator they perused the kiosk selling cell-phone faceplates...I sure hope he didn't buy one. All and all looks like just a little family outing.

· Michelle Rodriguez getting down (dancing up a storm) last night to Louie Vega's deep house at Deep. She was wearing her uniform (white wife beater) and didn't seem too drunk. The girl can really dance.

· We saw Ashlee Simpson at the 4:30ish screening of Praire Home Companion at the Arclight on Sunday afternoon. She was with a wiggery boyfriend type who was wearing a really embarrasing (and way too small) K-Fedora. They walked out like fifteen minutes into the movie, right after the first scene with Lindsay Lohan. Coincidence? I don't know enough about those two to have a clue.

· Saw David Arquette and Pee Wee Herman (Paul Reubens) at the Raconteurs show. Pee Wee is cute as a bug. Also in the audience: Meg White, Josh Homme, and Dave Grohl.

Spotted the Antifirecrotch Superstar Brandon Davis at the MTV Movie Awards after-party at Privilege. Much less bloated and less sweaty than usual.

· 6/11/2006 Watching the paparazzi at the Grove, discovered Melanie Griffith and two young girls, she was looking nice because she didn't have gobs of makeup on. On thered carpets she looks terrible from the flash bulbs. Really, she ought to go out with less makeup more often!

· I was at the Dennys on Sepulveda in Sherman Oaks yesterday and my girlfriend and I were finishing up our lunch/breakfast around 1 pm. I turned around to see Jeri Ryan with, what looked to be, her son. She had red sweatpants and a long sleeved shirt and no makeup. She still looked great though. Nice body. Since she wasn't wearing makeup I had to think for a second and make sure she was the chick that befriended Kirsten Cohen in The O.C.! After subtle stares and a visit to iMDB.com though, it was unmistakably her.

· 6-13 @ Target on La Brea, 4 p.m. Tuesday: Shannon Elizabeth talking to Marcellas Reynolds. Luke Perry in baseball cap and sunglasses (indoors) pushing a child in shopping cart. Tim Meadows with a passle of kids in tow. It was like b-list celebs everywhere you turned!

· Scott Caan and Har Mar Superstar, separately, at the Peaches show at Little Radio on Saturday. Both were short and unassuming. I think Har Mar turned more heads than Caan, but both of them were really nice to the few people that approached them.

· 5/10, 1:30 - Saw Alexis Bledel at the Mustardseed Cafe on Hillhurst with an ugly dog (Sophie - a Maltese-chihuahua mix according to IMDB - the dog has the exact same funny scrunched face as Alexis) and a handsome looking guy with blue eyes. She was wearing a black and white striped shirt that matched her black and white striped underwear and sat away from the bustling crowd at the most removed table in the outdoors section, where she looked to be having a private conversation ripe with sexual tension with her lunchtime companion.

· Caught the first game of the NBA Finals at Big Wangs just north of Ameoba. Rousing good times made better by de-genitalized, Tomei-boinker [ed. note: In The Bedroom reference, we hope] Nick Stahl enthusiasm for the Dallas Mavericks.

· Saturday Night:

Liz Phair and Elvira at a private party in the hills. Didn't recognize either of them until they were pointed out. Would bang Elvira just to say I banged Elvira.

Sunday Night:

At the Fall to Grace show at the Cat Club: The brother from Good Charlotte that's not dating Big Teeth O'Sullivan [ed. note: Hilary Duff] (Benji Madden).

Also, Ethan Embry. It took several minutes to figure out it if was him or not. Boy did not age well. From what I understand, he use to be cute.

· Sat, June 10: Saw Harold Perrineau, Jr., at Formosa Cafe, around 10 pm. He was sitting in the back rail car, facing away from the door to avoid the legions of Lost fanatics that follow him around...or not, since nobody seemed to visibly react to his presence. He dared at least one trip out to the terrace, presumably to indulge his nicotine habit—as he walked past our table on the way back, my friend commented that he reeked of smoke. I guess "The Others" aren't big Marlboro fans. He was pretty average, nothing surprising...maybe a little more intense than expected.

· We saw Jamie Lee Curtis sitting outside with a female friend at the British Pub Restaurant in Santa Monica on Friday early eve. She looked excellent!

We saw ex-Los Angeles Mayor Jim Hahn at Hana sushi tonight with a young chick he held hands with while departing, long reddish hair.

· Last night was running to the stairs in Santa Monica. On the way passed, Scott Foley, with a short, attractive, brunette walking two small dogs. On my run home, I later saw the couple sitting outside Starbucks at 7th and Montana. He looked pretty good, although a bit bigger than I remember from his Felecity days.

· Janice Dickinson, at OBar Thursday night with four male friends. Looking like a transvestite w/a second rate plastic surgeon. Her forehead was ginormous.

· on friday afternoon (6/9) i saw NAMBLA's favorite adult Andy Milonakis, pushing a cart through the basement of the fairfax/3rd st. k-mart, accompanied by some hipster-type. don't know what's more embarassing: copping to being in k-mart or knowing who andy milonakis is.
