• NBC chief Jeff Zucker's former duplex at 239 Central Park West (left), which he sold to Marti Meyerson and her husband Jamie Hooper in 2006 for $15.7 million, is back on the market. The 11th and 12th floor apartment is now listed for $17.5 million. Meyerson is the daughter of Morton Meyerson, Ross Perot's onetime business partner and the former chairman and CEO of Perot Systems. Good news, Project Runway fans: The legal feud between NBC chief Jeff Zucker and Weinstein Co. co-founder Harvey Weinstein over the show's fate has been settled—and it didn't even require having the two face off in a cage fighting match, although that would have been nice, come to think of it. The Weinstein Co. agreed to pay a "multiple millions" to NBC for ripping the show away NBC-owned Bravo and taking it to Lifetime, although Weinstein agreed to hold off airing new episodes until August, which gives Bravo a headstart with their Runway lookalike, The Fashion Show.

The suits have jumped into the Jim Cramer-Jon Stewart drudge match: NBC Universal CEO Jeff Zucker and Viacom CEO Philippe Daumann traded jabs today over their corporate assets at today's McGraw Hill Media Summit.
