So, let's try something new! Each weekend I will be posting a humorous example of sketch comedy that you can watch. Here is today's installment. It is from the funny British sketch show "Big Train," featuring Simon Pegg.

A rogue employee of the British Foreign Office wrote a satirical (?) memo with suggestions for the Pope's September UK visit. Included: "launch of 'Benedict' condoms" and "Open an abortion ward". Now the British government has apologized.

This sketch comes from season 3 of consistently butt-gusting Mr. Show. David Cross has seemed to master the art of the comedic nervous breakdown and the old guy sitting next to him mastered the art of being emotionless and elderly.

Charles Barkley hosted SNL last weekend and actually got some favorable reviews (Ken Tucker called it "one of the more likable editions of the show in recent months"). Also funny? This rehearsal footage, in which Barkley impersonates Alicia Keys.

Seriously, we laughed out loud at the backhanded way Bill O'Reilly praised Time managing editor Richard Stengel for picking boring old Ben Bernanke as Time's 2009 'Entity of the Year'. The guy knows how to undermine in a funny way!

During Friday's taping of Hardball, some audience members felt that this election simply isn't as hysterical as it could be, so they decided to do something about it.
