Federal authorities say the man suspected of killing two deputies during a shooting spree in Northern California on Friday had a drug conviction and was deported to Mexico twice. The man told investigators he was Marcelo Marquez of Salt Lake City, but the AP reports his fingerprints match those of a Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte.
