Porn-lite purveyor Joe Francis of Girls Gone Wild was cleared of civil charges in Florida yesterday morning for allegedly causing emotional distress after he filmed underage girls' boobs for his frat boy DVD empire.

Francis originally represented himself and, during cross examination, asked one of the girls if she was a prostitute. Two of the girls also left the stand in tears. Asked about his tasteless courtroom tactics, Franics had this to say, according to The News Herald:

"I think it helped. I think the judge was wrong," he said. "I shook them like a tree until all the fruit fell out, and I shook them violently."
