Karl Lagerfeld's Uniform Sure Takes up a Lot of Room

For a man who wears pretty much exactly the same thing every single day—a high-collared white shirt, blazer, dark slacks, and a fat tie—the Grand Moff of the fashion world sure needs a lot of luggage. How much?

This much! That's 14 bags for a short jaunt to New York where he was Lower East Side last week. It is a gorgeous collection of luggage though. (Can't you spare a bag or two for us, Uncle Karl?) But if he brings that much on a quick business trip to the Big Apple, just how much does he have in his safe? Probably a lot, considering he just designed a new model called The Narcissus for Dottling Safes. How much? A measly $340,000. That thing better fit a whole ton of fingerless leather gloves.
