Delta Flight From Amsterdam to Atlanta Serves Delicious In-flight Meal of Needles
Taylor Berman · 07/16/12 06:09PMLife in business class is better. You get to board first, so you can sneer at the tired, disheveled proles as they walk through the cabin with their sick children and burlap sacks full of poor person food. You receive free drinks, which is always the best. You have more leg room, making it easier to pass out after downing your Ambien and/or Xanax (chasing them with your free champagne, naturally). But that's not all: if you fly business class on Delta from Amsterdam to Atlanta, you also get sandwiches with needles in them.
Are You Prepared for the Upcoming Worldwide Shortage of Airplane Pilots?
Taylor Berman · 07/12/12 08:01PMI hope you've been stockpiling water, batteries and solar-powered Netflix streaming generators, because the end is nigh. Or at least in 20 years it might be more dangerous to fly due to a massive shortage of qualified pilots. So maybe don't worry about the batteries but get your pilot's license instead?

Jim Newell · 01/16/12 05:17PMThere are so many excellent ways that the Associated Press could investigate Ron Paul, given his long congressional record and status as a competitive major party presidential candidate with views radically outside the mainstream, something you don't see too often. He's a character, a real life political character. But what the AP has chosen to go with today is a report about how he frequently flies first-class between Washington and his Texas district, making him the worst sort of hypocrite who has no values and loves Big Government deficits, secretly.

Seth Abramovitch · 09/22/11 01:06AMDavid Alan Anderson is not an exemplary traveler. After the 60-year-old Salt Lake City native recently boarded a Las Vegas-bound Delta flight, he immediately started elbowing the passenger seated directly next to him in an attempt to "claim" the armrest, according to a federal complaint. That led to Anderson putting his "foot on the passenger's leg," to which the passenger responded: "Sir, you are going to have to move over."
