Belgium's authorities have agreed to euthanize Frank Van Den Bleeken, a prisoner serving a life sentence for rape and murder. Even though the country doesn't have the death penalty, authorities have let prisoners with terminal illnesses be put to death since 2002. "There is no greater agony," said Maya Angelou, "than bearing an untold story inside you." This is The Emoji Tatler.
