The video shows several dozen police firing into the store and tossing flash grenades until Couibaly, who earlier in the week allegedly killed a Paris police officer, runs out. The video pauses before Couibaly is killed, but France 2 reports he was shot 60 times. Seconds later, the video resumes and terrified hostages are seen fleeing the market.

Heather Cook, the second-highest leader of the Episcopal Diocese of Maryland, will also face charges of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, driving under the influence, and causing an accident due to texting while driving.

A Michigan family called 911 from their minivan early Wednesday morning to report that the vehicle's front end was stuck underneath a semi-trailer traveling down snowy I-75. A mom, dad, and their two adult children were trapped inside with no power and no heat, and the driver of the truck apparently didn't realize they were back there.
