Whitney Jefferson · 01/25/10 04:13PM

Holy smokes! We're only one minute into Rosie O'Donnell's big Oprah special and we're already completely creeped out. Apparently, she sweats so much with menopause going on that she has to shave the back of her head.

Big Money Ruins Everything

Hamilton Nolan · 01/25/10 03:09PM

Dan Sheridan is just a humble folk singer up there in Aspen, Colorado, who listened to his heart and sung a little tune talkin' about how the city folks come on into a place like Aspen with their fancy cars and fancy furs and big money and change things for the worse—maybe those folks just don't quite understand the magic of the mountains, which you can't buy with a big old pile of money, hmm? For $2,000, you can join Holzle's dating site, ScientificMatch.com, and he'll match you with someone who is "genetically compatible" with you. Yes, you'll need to provide the company with a DNA sample. ("Just a cotton swab you rub on the inside of your mouth for a few seconds," says Holzle.) And don't expect to hear about how the technology has worked wonders for Holzle himself: He's 45 and single. [WP]

In this preview clip, BBC America took what was probably the most usable minute of footage and slapped it into their preview. And in exactly zero of these shots did the chimps think to use a tripod, focus the lens, or even take some quick establishing shots. Instead it just looks like a Michael Bay movie.

Stuntman Wannabe Jumps Onto Moving Car's Windshield

Sergio Hernandez · 01/25/10 02:30PM

The kid in this video actually does all right. He doesn't seem injured, and sure, he cracked the windshield, but isn't that what happens in all the action movies, too? Ah, but it's the driver's panicked response where the true entertainment lies.
