A 30-year-old Alabama woman who sparked one of the greatest food fights of all time inside a Panama City Beach, Florida Burger King has been charged with a laundry list of crimes: felony criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and two counts of misdemeanor battery. Shit, that's rough. An official statement on the accused, Kimesa Smith, via the The News Herald:

Because, according to the researchers, "the notion that any form of complementary and alternative medicine is effective for infantile colic is currently not supported from the evidence." In other words, you're screwed.

32-year-old DJ Megatron, Corey McGriff, of BET's "106 & Park" was shot and killed outside his Staten Island home early Sunday morning. Before working at BET, McGriff was a DJ at New York's best radio station, Hot 97. He also played a small role in the movie Killa Season. No motive has been determined.
