Halle Berry's french husband Olivier Martinez could face battery charges after knocking an airport employee on his ass yesterday. The TMZ video here shows Halle and her beautiful family trying to make their way out of LAX in peace, before Olivier nails the employee with a baby car seat (presumably belonging to Maceo, Halle and Olivier's son).

It's not clear if the airport employee was trying to take photos along with the paparazzi, or if he was an innocent bystander. From this screenshot, it does look like he had a phone in his hand:

Regardless, the employee was taken to the hospital and later filed a battery report. Olivier is the named suspect in the investigation.

Olivier kicked a photographer at LAX in April 2013; before that, he beat the shit out of Halle's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.
