Happy Father's Day, dads.

Talking about prostate health with your father might not be your idea of a celebration, but it's certainly worth discussing. As this video reminds us, 80 percent of men will suffer from prostate cancer before the age of 80.

Feel free to ignore this if twee "science for dummies" videos aren't your thing. For those of us who are concerned about prostate cancer but seriously stupid when it comes to how bodies work, however, this is a helpful explanation. Go ahead and share it with all the dads in your life.

Also check out this campaign to rebrand Father's Day as "Prostate Day." Then send your dad a reminder to get screened. Remember, if it weren't for his prostate gland, you wouldn't be here. (Don't think about that too much, though.)
