The short of it is that Justin Bieber is promoting his new fragrance "Girlfriend" by asking all his lady fans (of which, I'm told, there is quite a clowder) to submit a "Girlfriend" version of his latest single, "Boyfriend." He will then pick his faves and the winning entries will air during his upcoming NBC special.

The even shorter of it is that this girl has already won the contest whether Bieber recognizes it or not.

Something tells me this wide-eyed young lass's interpretation of his swaggie schmaltz is not exactly what Bieber had in mind, but something else tells me she isn't a big fan of taking no for an answer.
