All of those editors and stylists and celebrities looking to get another gander at the Marc Jacobs spring/summer 2012 collection (which showed this September at New York Fashion Week) are out of luck. It appears all the samples in the collection have been stolen!

According to an email sent out to editors and other industry insiders the Marc Jacobs press day was cancelled because all 46 looks got stolen en route to Paris.

This is especially hard because people are starting to line up their editorials for the spring, so they need the damn clothes. What are they going to show? Naked models? That's a whole different industry—and anyway Carine Roitfeld isn't working at Paris Vogue anymore (if you were a fashion insider you'd find that hilarious).

Speaking of the clothes' whereabouts, has anyone asked Forever 21 if they were in Paris lately?
