French Vogue Editor Up and Quits
French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld has long been rumored to be the one who would replace Anna Wintour, whenever the day came. Looks like that won't happen: Roitfeld just announced she's quitting her job.
Cathry Horyn has Roitfeld's delightfully French explanation:
"When everything is good, maybe I think it's the time to do something else." She expects to complete issues through March. She said she was not sure what she would do after that. "I have no plan at all," she said.
Well she can spend more time embarrassing her daughter, for one thing. Know more about this? Email me.
