Tonight, the nominations for next year's Grammy Awards were announced live during an hourlong concert on CBS. Unsurprisingly, Justin Bieber was nominated for Best New Artist. Somewhat surprisingly, Bieber reacted by giving a weird, seemingly pre-written acceptance speech. Watch inside.
