When airport authorities in Mexico City noticed a strange bulge in Roberto Cabrera's shirt they decided to investigate. They found he had 18 rare monkeys in his pockets, and he wasn't happy to see them.

Cabrera had made a girdle with tiny pockets inside it, which he used to store a bunch of titi monkeys, each about six inches long. He was trying to smuggle in the endangered species from Peru. There's no word on what he planned to do with the monkeys, but there must be some sort of black market for this kind of thing. That or he really wanted his own personal circus. Cabrera said he was carrying the monkeys in his clothes because he was "afraid the X-Rays would hurt them," but considering two of the monkeys were dead when he landed, that's not a very good excuse.
