A pop singer catches fire and dies during the performance, but lo! It isn't actually the singer, it's her double. The real singer is chained up and drugged by a doctor. They trace the stun gun used to immolate her to one of the singer's biggest fans. He admits it, and rats out his accomplice, the real singer's mother.
