Last week at this time, nutty Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson was sitting behind bars, having been arrested for stealing jewelry, clothing, shoes, and underwear from a former model named Jasmine Lennard. (She was also accused of leaving behind a wet towel and used vibrator as her "calling card," but that's another story.)

Johnson has since been released on bail and has denied the charges against her. (She's also retained Robert Shapiro as her defense attorney as well as consulted a "crisis manager.") And now she's ready to move on with her life!

Today she and girlfriend/reality TV star/fame addict Tila Tequila announced they're engaged to be married. The only catch is that Tequila says Johnson proposed to her with a 17-carat diamond ring (just like Mariah!), which means a jewelry story is probably filing a police report at this very moment. Does California allow gay marriages to be performed in state prisons? Let's hope so!
