The AP reports Dominican Republic officials have arrested a woman carrying over $70,000 in her stomach—inside of her stomach!—and over $69,000 in her suitcase.

A spokesman for the National Drug Control Agency told the AP that the money—cash, I mean—not, like, the password to a bank vault written on a banana—was likely tied to drug trafficking and divided up among 16 capsules.

The smuggler, whose name has not been released, was reportedly arrested at a Punta Cana airport after getting in on a flight from Brussels. Dominican officials says she is, if you can believe it, the first person they've arrested who was smuggling money in her stomach.
