It's disturbing to imagine a street food vendor shoving an ice cream cone in your pants without permission, but this ice cream man in Istanbul's Old City makes the reality seem so fun.
He begins by scooping out ice cream with a metal pole, transitioning into tricks with a few cones, scooping even more ice cream before bringing a napkin into the mix, and he ends his giant tease with a kiss. If anyone asked for a kiss after actively keeping me away from ice cream, I wouldn't be so kind, but the man in the video is much more gracious about the dessert torment.
You could go ahead and try this at home, but it probably won't end well: apparently, part of the magic is due to mastic gum, a stabilizing ingredient found in Turkish desserts.
