Woman Dresses 4-Year-Old Daughter as Hooters Waitress for Beauty
Rich Juzwiak · 07/29/14 02:49PM"Some people may say it's controversial, especially the theme I've chosen, but at the end of the day, little girls wear swimming costumes to the beach all summer, and that's not a controlled environment. The environment my kids go in is a controlled environment and it is ticket-entry only," explains 33-year-old unemployed mother of two Leann when discussing her decision to dress up her 4-year-old daughter Scarlett as a waitress from Hooters. Scarlett competes in beauty pageants. Obviously.

PSA for all da Laaaadies from the NYPD: You Can Go Topless in Public
Caity Weaver · 05/15/13 03:30PMAs temperatures continue to skyrocket into the low to mid-sixties up and down the East Coast, many beautiful and strange-looking women will soon find themselves faced with the eternal conundrum of summer: how to deal with a too-hot boob. Luckily for some, the NYPD is here to remind us that anything goes in New Boob City! Whip off that top. Wipe off that top-colored body paint. Awkwardly unhook that bra with one hand unless the hook is stuck in which case pull it over your head but be careful not to stretch it. You cannot be detained, arrested, or fined for going topless in public in New York.

Remembering 9/11, by Hooters
Lauri Apple · 09/11/11 04:43PMIn keeping with its role as America's official restaurant, Hooters has created a one-minute 9/11 commemorative video in which some of its orange-clad server-troops honor our nation's blue- and camouflage-clad service-troops. Hooters' business rival Canz apparently failed to release any such video, and therefore does not care about the troops.
Hooters Waitress-Turned-Lawmaker Admits to Carving Initials Into Assembly Desk
Seth Abramovitch · 07/14/11 11:05PMRep. Julia Hurley, 29, is a freshman legislator from Tennessee who once worked as a waitress at a Hooters restaurant. Yeah, so what. You got a problem with it? As she recently told Hooters Magazine (it's like The Economist, but with articles about onion rings and large breasts), "I have taken quite a bit of flack from the public at large during my run for State House in Tennessee for being a Hooters Girl. But I know that without that time in my life I would not be as strong-willed and eager to become successful." Right on, Rep. Hurley! Unfortunately, though, her political career has gotten off to a not-so-auspicious start.
