• Dominick Dunne's Connecticut estate was put up for sale in early October and has been reduced by more than $500,000 since then. (It's currently listed for $1.49 million.) Now the late Vanity Fair scribe's Manhattan apartment has hit the market. • Abigail Wexner, the wife of apparel billionaire Les Wexner, has sold a two-bedroom apartment at 910 Fifth Avenue for $2.4 million. The sixth-floor co-op first went on the market for $3.8 million back in 2007. [Cityfile]
• Barbara Gutmacher Girard is taking another shot at unloading her apartment at The Plaza. Girard bought the two-bedroom condo for $4.74 million in March and put it up for sale three months later for $6.95 million, before pulling it off the market in September. • Literary agent Dan Strone, whose clients include Jerry Seinfeld, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and Chris Rock, has paid $1.8 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 29 East 64th Street. [Cityfile]

Today is a good day for literary agent Dan Strone and the dark-haired Jewish comedians on client list. Leon Neyfakh reports that the bidding for Sarah Silverman's first book has topped $2.5 million. But Strone may have an even bigger deal in hand for one of his clients by the end of the week. It seems Jerry Seinfeld's latest book proposal has resulted in "two publishers crazy enough to submit bids in the $7 million to $8 million dollar range." [NYO]
