You Need to Watch Norm Macdonald's Hilarious Old Fake Sully Sullenberger Biopic

Jordan Sargent · 07/01/16 04:15PM

As of today, you can watch the first trailer for the new Tom Hanks-starring, Clint Eastwood-directed biopic of Sully Sullenberger, the US Airways pilot who dramatically landed a full jet in the Hudson River in 2009. I’m sure the movie will be decent, but it’s impossible for it to be better than the fake Sully biopic created by Norm Macdonald for Conan O’Brien just a month after the incident.

Liam Neeson Prank Called Maggie Grace's Ex-Boyfriend in Full Taken Mode

Jay Hathaway · 01/09/15 11:27AM

Liam Neeson is just as protective of his Taken (and Taken 2 and Taken 3) daughter Maggie Grace in real life as he is in the movies. Grace told Conan O'Brien that once, when she was feeling down over a breakup, she had occasion to employ Neeson's particular set of skills, which apparently include prank calling.

Jenny Slate Sings "Landslide" as Marcel the Shell With Shoes On

Jay Hathaway · 12/18/14 11:05AM

Jenny Slate is so into her Marcel the Shell character that she's started slipping into his tiny little voice during her everyday life, and occasionally sings cover songs as Marcel just for shiggles. On Conan last night, she busted out a particularly good one: Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide."

Jennifer Aniston Explains How She Ended up Wearing a Cock Ring On-Screen

Jay Hathaway · 12/05/14 06:00PM

Jennifer Aniston's bleep-heavy tour of the late night circuit made a stop on Conan last night, where she revealed the necklace she wore in Horrible Bosses 2 was actually a big ol' cock ring, and she told Conan O'Brien she wouldn't have it any other way.

Conan O'Brien is a Master Emoji Reader

Aleksander Chan · 06/24/14 09:32PM

As we move to emoji-exclusive communication, it's important to be able to decipher the multivalence of the tiny cartoons that have become the de facto shorthand for expressing...everything. If you have ever received a text that is only emoji, perhaps perplexed by what it actually says, much less means, Conan O'Brien can commiserate. He can also read and understand them perfectly.

The TSA Gives Molly Shannon "Head Orgasms"

Aleksander Chan · 05/21/14 06:55AM

Molly Shannon takes the right approach to being patted down by the TSA: treat it like you're at the spa and take advantage of your sensory affliction that causes you to have pleasurable sensations in your head. No big deal.

Conan O'Brien Gently Eviscerated Sharon Stone's New Movie to Her Face

Rich Juzwiak · 05/09/14 12:05PM

For anyone who saw and didn't find charm in John Turturro's insane vanity project, Fading Gigolo, Conan O'Brien's interview with Sharon Stone on last night's Conan was a welcome helping of catharsis. For those who haven't seen the movie, Turturro wrote, directed, and cast himself in the role of a man that piles of gorgeous women pay for sex for no apparent reason other than his sensitivity (his character, Fioravante, apparently doesn't even have a big dick, which would also be a vanity move, but at least shade in the character's appeal more than "...because he's him").

Bill Hader's Audition Reel for the New Star Wars Is Incredible

Taylor Berman · 01/28/14 12:24PM

As part of his pitch to J.J. Abrams for a role in the new Star Wars films, Bill Hader showed Conan O'Brien his best imitations of two lesser known characters. You've never seen a better impression of dying tauntaun. And Hader's Jabba the Hutt isn't bad either.

The Workaholics' Guys Killed It on Conan With Their Best Friends Song

Taylor Berman · 01/21/14 09:48AM

On last night's Conan, Adam and Blake from Workaholics got into a fight. It seems Adam's Pitch Perfect fame was too much for Blake, who stormed off the stage after Conan asked about the hit musical. But, with the help of Conan on guitar, the two were able to patch things up with a ballad about friendship.
