Judging from these promo spots, it looks promising. But let's not jump the gun yet. Saturday Night Live has been in comedic free-fall this season, and one brilliant comedian can't turn around a bad team of SNL writers, can he?

Tonight's episode of SNL was a bore until this: a hilarious, celebrity-centric spoof of CBS' Undercover Boss that featured Steve Jobs as a trash man (you know where this is going), Richard Branson, Martha Stewart and more. Video inside.

Despite its brief run, How's Your News? was a well-received television experiment, in which newscasters with varying developmental disabilities interviewed entertainers and politicians. Here, they ask Bill Hader the hard-hitting questions, and still find time for hugs.

Before the Herzhog re-imagining was upon us, with it's surprisingly successful casting of Nicholas Cage, the 1992 Bad Lieutenant with Harvey Keitel was all we had... or was it? Bill Hader of SNL gave his own interpretation of the role.

Tonight's episode of SNL—hosted by James Franco—featured a recurring sketch about the Vogelchecks, the overly affectionate family. In it, Franco made out with Bill Hader and Will Forte. But Franco is totally not gay, guys. It's called acting!

Bill Hader brings one of his best SNL characters, Vinnie Vedecci, into the wild world of stand-up. Vinnie quickly goes from rambling in his native tongue to giving the audience spot-on impressions of Gregory Peck, Al Pacino, and the NUGE!
