Before the Herzhog re-imagining was upon us, with it's surprisingly successful casting of Nicholas Cage, the 1992 Bad Lieutenant with Harvey Keitel was all we had... or was it? Bill Hader of SNL gave his own interpretation of the role.

This was released long before anybody actually ever got to see Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call, though the video makes reference to the September release. It's a fun impersonation, as are most that Hader presents as badass, but is it as hilarious as Nic Cage trying so hard without even trying?
