A man allegedly beheaded a woman following a workplace dispute at a Vaughn Foods processing plant in Moore, Okla., Thursday afternoon, KFOR reports. The man, identified as 30-year-old Alton Alexander Nolen, apparently tried to kill another woman on the premises, but was shot by an off-duty police officer employed by the plant.
