I've been seriously looking for something like this for a while. I really wish there were better sun protection stuff for cyclists.
I also have been looking forever for a shrug in neon green, with sun protection and reflective detail. Guess I'll have to make my own.

The visors on helmuts are not good enough.
I sometimes wear my wide-brimmed hat under my helmut, even though I look like a total dork.
Yeah, tried that too. Now I stick with a baseball cap and a sun protection jacket-y thing with a high neck.
Somewhat concerned that the site for the Brim thing says that it may be an issue if you have a crash. Not sure now. Sigh.
