Wisconsin governor Scott Walker, the chosen candidate of the billionaire Koch Bros., officially entered the race for the 2016 presidential nomination Monday morning. Walker narrowly survived a recall election in 2012 after forcing through anti-union legislation, and is famous for gutting his state’s public education funding.

Yesterday, he line-item vetoed the shit out of Wisconsin’s budget, allowing the state to drug test all food stamp recipients and cutting more than $1 million in grants to environmental organizations. He also gutted his state’s education funding (again).

The Koch Bros. have said they plan to spend $900 million influencing the 2016 elections.
