Rapper Earl Hayes shot his wife Stephanie Moseley and then himself in their Los Angeles home yesterday in what cops are calling a murder-suicide. Hayes's friend Floyd Mayweather apparently watched the tragedy unfold on FaceTime. Now, TMZ is reporting that Hayes may have been jealous over his Moseley's alleged affair with Trey Songz.

Carol Lackner, the Rikers Island prison guard who reportedly left her post as James Murdough died of hyperthermia in February, was arrested and charged with lying about the incident today, the New York Daily News reports. Murdough, who was homeless and suffered from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, "basically baked to death" in his 101-degree-cell, officials told the Associated Press at the time.

The source and alleged victim, Jackie, is sticking by her story, but managing editor Will Dana's note that Rolling Stone's "trust in her was misplaced" has left her hanging out to dry.
