Call Israelis "the strongest democrats in the Middle East." Call them complex and fractious. Call them militarized tools with racist streaks who expand their territory at the expense of peoples they consider inferior. Only don't call them Nazis, because they will totally throw you in jail!

Apple today agreed to refund at least $32.5 million to the miserable parents of children who were able to make in-app charges without their parents' knowledge. The announcement is part of a settlement with the FTC, which also requires Apple to obtain express consent for all in-app purchases by the end of March.

The National Labor Relations Board today charged that Walmart "illegally fired, disciplined or threatened more than 60 employees in 14 states" who were participating in strikes, protests, and other legal activities. I dunno, that seems out of character.

Almost missed this: A leading immigration opponent says Hispanics will cause "the unmaking of America" by voting Democratic, inviting jihadist attacks, destroying "social cohesion," yadda yadda yadda. No biggie, he's just testified to Congress on immigration a few times.
