A persistent public masturbator brightened everyone's morning on Wednesday by first jerking off outside a hospital before being chased off and then performing his act for people gathered at a nearby bus stop.

The jerkoff was first spotted outside the California Pacific Medical Center in fancy Presidio Heights. He was "asked to leave" and police were called. By the time the cops arrived, the 35-year-old masturbator was at a bus stop "and continued masturbating in front of people waiting for the bus," according to the Mercury News.

Then the cops shot him a dozen times and dumped his body off a cliff in the Presidio. Or, actually, they arrested him for jerking off in public and also for a bunch of outstanding warrants.

In time, the city will recover from this outrage.
