A county judge ordered Gemma Wale, of Birmingham, U.K., to stop having raucous, neighbor-waking sex with her boyfriend (more like “Gemma, don’t wail,” amrite?), and I’m sure you’ll never, ever guess what Wale did next and why she went to jail for two weeks.

“Gemma started screaming and shouting whilst having sex, which woke us up,” said a neighbor. “This lasted 10 minutes.”

Oh.

Judge Emma Kelly, of Birmingham County Court, ruled that Wale had violated paragraph 3 of the “anti-social behaviour order” against her by “screaming and shouting whilst having sex at a level of noise which caused nuisance or annoyance,” the BBC reports.

Wale’s boyfriend, identified only as Wayne, with whom she allegedly had loud arguments while “banging around the house,” was apparently not charged.

Wale served her time starting May 12, and has since been released back into the hell she allegedly creates for her neighbors.

The Daily Mail spoke to people who lived nearby, and one claimed her daughter had to move away because the noise was too much when she was trying to study for exams. Others said she would have parties til 5 a.m. and sleep all day, and that she would sometimes fuck so loudly that they turned up their TVs so their kids wouldn’t hear her.

According to the judge, “she has not put herself in a position of showing any remorse for her behaviour.”
