Lamar Odom Suffered 12 Strokes, Brain Scans Say
Lamar Odom suffered a staggering total of twelve strokes after he fell unconscious at a Nevada brothel earlier this month. According to the former NBA star’s brain scans, the strokes may impact his motor skills, TMZ reports.
Odom, who fell into a coma after reportedly taking cocaine and “herbal Viagra” during a three-day bender, has since woken up and spoken. But he’s got other problems to worry about: mainly that his kidneys, so says TMZ, “are shot.”
The once-and-still husband to Khloe Kardashian is reportedly receiving six hours of dialysis each day. Now at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A., Odom may need a liver transplant to survive.
Khloe Kardashian, for her part, has called off her divorce to Odom, according to E!News. After Kardashian’s lawyer has gotten a judge to throw the case out, as one does in these kinds of situations.
