Here's the College Football Edition of Celebrities Reading Mean Tweets
Ahead of yesterday's Ohio State victory over Oregon in the college football national championship game, an unusually floppy-haired Jimmy Kimmel rolled out a special edition of Celebrities Read Mean Tweets, featuring ESPN broadcasters and college coaches. Some of them are better at reading than others.
If you don't watch football or have a clue who any of these people are, watch it anyway. Comparing old men to puppets is the universal language that crosses all nerd-jock boundaries.
If you are familiar with ESPN, someone said something mean about Tim Tebow and someone else called Scott Van Pelt a penis. (Have you seen Scott Van Pelt? Now you can't unsee him.) That's basically all you need to know.
Obligatory disclaimer that although they most use genuine Twitter shit-talk, Kimmel's staff had been known to make up tweets on occasion.
