A Dominican man says he doesn't know how it happened, just that he woke up after a night of heavy drinking without his penis.

64-year-old Geraldo Ramos of Santiago told a local TV station that he doesn't remember how he came to lose his "intimate member," but certainly recalls being rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery after its mysterious disappearance.

Neighbors say they believe a dog attacked a very drunk, very naked Ramos and bit off his private parts, but Ramos denies their version of events.

A dog owner himself, Ramos points to the fact that the alleged attack dog, much like his penis, could not be found.

Ramos told Noticias Sin the incident was a wake up call for him, and he plans to lay off the booze going forward.
