Donald Trump was joined at his press conference on Tuesday by a silent pile of meat—and we’re not just talking about Chris Christie. No, it was actually a pile of steaks, which Trump referred to as “Trump steaks.” Confusingly, the actual “Trump Steaks” business no longer exists.

Tonight, in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, Trump explained how his hotels will buy steaks from local suppliers and, essentially, rebrand them as “Trump Steaks.” According to Trump, this is essentially the same thing as selling frozen steaks through Sharper Image—$199 for two filet mignons, two bone-in rib-eyes, and 12 burgers.

“It is a very small, but successful business,” campaign spokeswoman Hope Hicks told Bloomberg Politics. “The meat is purchased from different locationally convenient purveyors and is always of the highest quality.”

As for the specific steaks at Trump’s event on Tuesday, Bloomberg reports:

They were from Bush Brothers Provision Co., a West Palm Beach, Florida, purveyor that counts Trump-affiliated properties among its customers, said John Bush, whose family owns the company. Photographs posted on Twitter showed plastic wrapping on the meat at the televised event where Trump celebrated primary victories in Michigan and Mississippi. The packaging matched that used by Bush Brothers, Bush said.

Asked whether he minded Trump’s imposition of his name on the Bush’s meat, John Bush, who is not related to the presidential Bush family, said, “We do and we don’t.”
