A Florida woman was arrested Thursday for alleged domestic battery after her husband’s waist-mounted GoPro camera caught her “intentionally striking him in the testicles.” According to an arrest report obtained by The Smoking Gun, the man had started wearing the camera “due to issues in the past with incidents like this.”

Michael Novak is in the midst of a long, contentious divorce with his wife, Corrine, and a custody battle over their twin two-year-old boys, according to Tampa Bay news station WTSP.

At a custody exchange Thursday morning, Michael was apparently unbuckling one of his kids from a car seat when Corrine snuck up behind him and punched (or possibly squeezed) his nuts (the police report reads “struck,” but WTSP tells a tale of forceful grabbing).

Watch the video Michael shared with the news station—which they examined “frame by frame,” of course—and judge for yourself. Either way, the evidence was enough to charge Corrine with domestic battery.

“Call the police. I’m going to tell them you just assaulted me,” she can be heard saying on a recording in the WTSP segment, although it’s not clear whether it’s the same one taken Thursday morning.

“This is just one of many instances where I’ve had to use the camera to either prove her guilt or prove my innocence and that’s the only reason I am carrying it,” Michael told the news station.
