Testimony Bill Cosby Gave in Friday Deposition May Be Unsealed in December
Gloria Allred, an attorney for one of the women accusing Bill Cosby of sexual assault, told reporters on Saturday that the comedian gave a deposition for several hours on Friday at the Omni Hotel in Boston, the local CBS affiliate reports.
Allred is representing Judy Huth, who alleges that Cosby molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974, when she was 15 years old. Hut is set to give her deposition on October 15th.
According to CBS, the court has placed a protective order on the testimony of both Cosby and Huth until at least December 22nd, when a hearing is scheduled to determine if the order will be extended.

Earlier this week, a federal judge ruled that Huth’s lawsuit would move forward despite procedural errors. On Saturday, Allred said she would seek a second deposition of Cosby.
