22-time Olympic medalist Michael Phelps is engaged to marry girlfriend and former Miss California Nicole Johnson, the couple announced on social media last night.
"Former Miss California Nicole Johnson," Phelps presumably asked after dropping to one giant knee, "will you make me the happiest merman in the world?"
