Jay-Z Rode the Subway to His Final Barclays Center Concert Like a Commoner
Fortified by a squad of security guards, Jay-Z decided to take the scenic route to his final Barclays Center concert on Saturday, slumming it with the unwashed masses in an R train to Brooklyn.
Hova's subway ride only lasted a few short stops — from Canal Street to Atlantic Avenue — but it was the ride of a lifetime for the fans who managed to squeeze into the stuffier-than-normal train car.
And speaking of his last Barclays Center show, Jay was joined on stage by his glowing wife Beyoncé — who no doubt floated her way to the arena — for a song and, reportedly, a spank.
