Luckily, some people are, otherwise nothing stupid would ever get done and the world would be an exceedingly dull place.
Take, for example, this teenager, who is apparently so hard up for a dollar that he agrees to lick the entire length of a handrail inside a NYC subway station.
Then again, it could be worse: He might end up using that dollar to buy a McDouble.
