Katy Perry and John Mayer Are Dating Each Other So We Don't Have To
Hollywood Communists John Mayer and Katy Perry were photographed out on the town Wednesday evening, when they should have been in their separate homes rooting for Team USA to win gold in NBC's pre-taped Olympic broadcast.
The Daily Mail reports that Mayer and Perry started their evening with dinner at the Los Angeles restaurant Pace, then moved on to the Chateau Marmont for the nightly meeting of All The Famous People.
The pair was also spotted last Friday scarfing down pizza like a couple of animals that love pizza, so it looks like they have officially begun a-courting.
Mayer has famously dated some of the entertainment industry's most famous blandest ladies, including Jennifers: Hewitt and Aniston, Jessica Simpson, and Minka Kelly.
In 2009, he began messing with singer Taylor Swift, a noted young person. After their break-up, Swift wrote a song about Mayer that included the poetic refrain "Don't think I was too young to be messed with?"
He later told Rolling Stone the song "humiliated" him.
Perry's divorce to British Prime Minister Russell Brand was finalized in July.
According to the Daily Mail, she still believes in love, though.
