Politically, that is. Because Pennsylvania Representative Mike Kelly (R) was one day shy of infamy with the terror trifecta when he said this today about the contraception mandate:

"I know in your mind you can think of times when America was attacked. One is December 7th, that's Pearl Harbor day. The other is September 11th, and that's the day of the terrorist attack. I want you to remember August the 1st, 2012, the attack on our religious freedom. That is a day that will live in infamy, along with those other dates."

Rep. Mike Kelly's office has been besieged with phone calls, it seems, as they've directed all press inquiries about his statement to press secretary Julia Thornton. She has yet to return an email.

The website shows a more polished, less 9/11-y press release about the day religious freedom was killed by the godless women who forced their employers to pay for their abortion-inducing drugs, etc.
