50 Cent was taken to a Queens hospital last night after a truck collided with his SUV on the Long Island Expressway. He is currently undergoing treatment for possible neck and back injuries.

According to the fan site ThisIs50.com, the truck driver, also being treated for injuries sustained in the accident, apparently lost control of the truck before slamming into the back of 50 Cent's SUV.

Update: 50 is out of the hospital and doing just fine. Life is a highway, gang.
